This week, Marcelo Ortega is joined by Tom Weirich Marketing Head at EDP Renewables North America, a leading company in renewable energy and the world’s fourth-largest wind energy producer. Tom explains how marketing in energy requires developing customer journeys for different stakeholders and how an honest dialogue is the best approach to tackle NIMBYism. Tom also shares how the passing of one of his mentors inspired him to write a book about pioneers in the renewable industry in hopes of preserving their stories and inspiring new generations and current industry players to take a risk.
